Refund And Exchange Policy

The following policy on returns applies to all items purchased through this website, with the exception of intimate apparel, which may not be returned for any reason due to health department regulations. Please contact us before returning an item to determine if your item is returnable, and to obtain a Return Authorization number. If your return is due to damage in shipping, please notify the shipping comany and Sharp Leather Wear immediately to expedite the claim process.

Refunds

Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the consumer and are not refundable.

Exchanges

Items may be exchanged for the exact same item of the same or different size within 14 days of receipt. If the item is determined by us to be defective, we will cover shipping charges back to the consumer. Otherwise, the consumer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
